I’ve been with DR. Rupenthal for a little over 30 years. For someone who had a not so good dentist before , Dr Rupenthal has been a blessing for me. He’s down to earth and doesn’t color code anything. Sometimes it’s not want you want to hear, but he is always straight forward. You can always trust him.

All my visits over the last ten years I’ve n been a patient have been great. Everyone who works there is competent and helpful, and all my treatments have gone well and comfortably. I grew up afraid of dentists and the pain I had to endure is not a pleasant memory, but I have NO fear in Dr. Rupenthal’s hands.

Visiting Dr. Rupenthal is always a 5-star experience and I can’t recommend highly enough. The team is great and takes time to listen to your concerns, then comes up with a treatment plan that works for your needs. Dr. Rupenthal came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist.

Everyone is extremely nice!!!! Dr. Rupenthel explained the next month in detail which helps me and probably anyone else at least have a view of what is going to happen which helps people relax a lot. It s always a great experience when I go to Dr Rupenthal!! I was having a crown replaced and everything went very smoothly and painless!ly!! Dr Rupenthal is fabulous ( so gentle with a needle!)! He has been my dentist almost since the beginning of his practice. I would always strongly recommend him!!!

I get teeth cleanings twice each year. The first time, Jean did a thorough scraping and then followed up with an ultrasonic tool to leave a smooth, clean feel. The second appointment, Erica did full mouth x-rays, scraping, and polishing. Both visits included evaluations by Dr. Rupenthal to recommend any additional procedures necessary to maintain excellent dental hygiene. I also learned that your dental health has a large impact on your overall physical health. So I'm grateful for the full staff of caretakers at Rupenthal Dentistry offering ways for me to ensure a healthy smile.

As usual, a great dental visit! I have been going here to Rupenthal Dentistry for around 30 years. Started going here because I had some traumatic experiences with previous dental providers. Dr. Rupenthal absolutely amazing! Very cordial environment, front office staff to all the hygienist that I have had encountered are very organized, nice, friendly and knowledgeable! Excelent communication skill as well.Our family have been patients since 2007 until now. They really maintain top notch!

As much as one can enjoy the dentist...😝 - Dr Rupenthal’s team is great. The office staff is extremely helpful and organized. The dental hygenists make the check-ups enjoyable (realitively speaking, it is the dentist). Dr. Rupenthal is caring and competent and he runs a great office. I recommend him to others.

Very friendly, and helpful office staff. Hygienist was thorough, and helpful in answering all of my questions. Cleaning was just right, not too rough on the gums! Dr. Rupenthal was great, very knowledgeable and great demeanor. As a new patient these were all things I was looking for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist in the Carmel area.

Excellent dentist and staff! Front office clean and bright. Rachel is super efficient and knowledgeable. Requests for scheduling, record of visits, any questions always answered very quickly. Really, really efficient. Very positive attitude. Kathy is very gracious and caring. Always has a warm smile upon arrival and departure. Kathy and Rachel run this office unbelievably well with super positive energy. Beth who cleaned my teeth very nice, friendly, calm and patient-oriented. Felt very comfortable with her after first cleaning session. Dr. Rupenthal very professional yet kind and very knowledgeable.

I had a crown come off one of my upper front teeth. I obviously didn’t want to be seen in public with a big space in my smile. I phoned Dr. Rupenthal’s office and they were able to take me in the next day. Dr. Ruphenthal took x-rays and impressions. He put on a temporary crown and got the process started to put on a permanent crown. I really appreciated the quick response to my emergency. I would recommend Rupenthal Dentistry to everyone. The entire staff is great.

Great experience! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Rupenthal and his staff are patient, and compassionate and have been great partners as I have worked to undo several issues that I have had for years. This was my first experience with them. It was very pleasant and the staff was amazing. Their computer system crashed while I was there and they handled it so well you would not have known any issues were going on. Their care and focus never changed. My specialist Emily was very kind and helpful. She wanted to walk me through each process before starting. Very kind and professional.

A very good dentist conveniently located in Carmel. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles with my dentist -- a pleasant hygienist, solid oral care that is not militantly interventionist and aggressive on supposed cavities and other profit drivers, and easy scheduling. You get that in spades with Rupenthal! This is the kind of dentist you grew up going to and they do a great job at it! Highly recommended.

Ruoenthal Denistry is a professional and friendly practice with knowledgeable, personable and empathetic staff. Dr. Rupenthal has been my dentist for more than 15 years, and he is great on all levels - customer care, explaining dental issues in an easy to understand way, actively listening to patient questions and concerns, and going the extra mile to make sure the patient is comfortable and understands. I never thought I would actually ENJOY going to the dentist! Every interaction with Rupenthal Dentistry was easy, enjoyable, and comfortable. They 100% focus on patient experience and it shows that they also care about the quality of their work. I was also wowed by their adoption of technology and how they leveraged it to improve the experience as well as patient dental care. I am so glad I found this dentists office!!!

You will 100% be in good hands! I refuse to ever go to another office besides Rupenthal now. Every single person who works there is just so nice and it’s actually made my trips to the dentist not so dreadful anymore. I really can’t say enough positive remarks about the staff, but I know all of them now and they are consistently friendly and make me feel comfortable. They are gentle with my cleanings and fillings etc. I love this office!

Such a friendly & welcoming environment from the entire staff, which eases the nerves of going to the dentist. The team at Rupenthal is top notch, not only with their dentistry practices but also with the feeling they exude of you’re more than just a patient to them. My dental hygienist Beth is amazing & makes the cleaning process such an enjoyable time...& Dr. R is extremely thorough & open to any and all questions. This was the first dentist office I went to in the Indianapolis area & since being on my own insurance & Kathy was so patient & gracious with helping me in any facet I needed with getting things in order. Today was my first visit. My previous dentist that I had been with for fifteen years retired at the beginning of 2021. Understandably, I was nervous about finding a new one. That said, Dr Rupenthal's staff made transitioning to his practice seamless. My hygienist, Sharon, was one of the best I have ever had in my life. She explained everything to me during the visit and was extremely attentive to my care. Dr Rupenthal is hands down one of the best in the business.

Could not recommend this dentistry practice more! We don't have dental insurance so we love their in-house "insurance" program. They use incredibly up-to-date technology and have a very clean facility. Their COVID-19 protocols are fantastic & we feel very safe there. The entire staff is warm & welcoming and I appreciate that they are up-front with costs and are competitive with their pricing for non-insured patients. This is the first dentist I've *not* dreaded going to, ha! 😛 If you've been searching, give them a try!

The best dentistry office ever! I have been going here for a few years now. My whole family and in-laws go to Dr. Rupenthal. The assistants are so nice and professional. Dr. Rupenthal has the best personality and has phenomenal bedside manner. The front desk ladies, Kathy and Rachael, are so sweet and always answer my questions. I love it! They are like family and I would not go anywhere else ❤️.

Rupenthal Dentistry always takes great effort to ensure patients are comfortable and minimize any pain. This is a specialty of Dr. Rupenthal’s and he has emphasized this since the start of his practice. He also thoroughly explains the procedures. Very impressed with your total technology and service that you had to assist in your viewing of my teeth. To assess the condition of my teeth and the work that needs to be done. Your staff was very nice and professional as where are you Dr. Rupenthal. I did however find it interesting that goggles were not given to me during the cleaning process and there was an off a lot of water splattered on my face, more then I’ve had in the past, over the years, from previous cleanings.

I highly recommend Rupenthal Dentistry to anyone at any age! My husband, my son (he’s 5), and I all go here. Mitzy was FANTASTIC with my son! It was his first dentist appointment, and I was nervous of how he would react. But, Mitzy was gentle, and extremely kid friendly. Logan talked her ear off about dinosaurs, but she was just so patient and played along. Mitzy even played race cars with Logan after his appointment, and Dr. Rupenthal joined in. It was the most amazing experience we have ever had at a dentist! They make you feel like family ❤️. I hope to have them as our family dentist for as long as possible. I am one who flosses routinely but not as thoroughly as I should. My new hygienist, Debbie, cleaned my teeth so well they feel like new. Then, she spent the extra time to teach me how to do a better job flossing to keep them shiny and smooth! There's a saying I once learned: "give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime". I truly appreciate the special attention Debbie and all staff members provided in caring for my own personal hygiene.

My family and I have been going to Rupenthal Dentistry for almost 10 years. Their hygienists are great. The front staff knows you by name and is very nice. They have very low staff turnover. Dr. Rupenthal is always staying up on the latest techniques and technology. Not to mention, Kathy and Dr. Rupenthal are great people. I highly recommend Rupenthal Dentistry.

The staff is fantastic and I wasn't afraid to come back. However, I will have to change to another dentist as I can't afford to be a patient there. My bill went from $220 to $500 and cost me a trip to see my son (he's in the Air Force) as the extra $300 was supposed to be for my flight. I'm so disappointed to find such good, friendly people, but I'm not willing to make any more such sacrifices to be able to come to your office.

Dr Rupenthol and his Staff care about each patient and call everyone by their first nao The Office is modern and you can tell it’s decoerated for the Season. Patients are called by their first name and they look out for your comfort. The location is convenient as it is just off Hazeldell. There private dental plan is worth a look.

I have been going to Dr Rupenthal for close to thirty years and have always been treated professionally and with respect. My appt today was with a hygienist that I had never had before. She was great and very detailed explaining everything as we went through the cleaning. I felt as if I were her only patient.

I'll start this by saying that I don't write reviews. If I'm writing a review, my experience was either wonderfully positive or completely horrible. Saying that, I cannot think of enough good to say about this office and their staff. I have been a patient for the better part of five years, and each cleaning actually gets better. Today they spent a good amount of time talking me through an existing issue that was loosely related to dentistry, and I am now being encouraged and supported to follow up on an issue that I have simply learned to live with that really should have been addressed long ago. They are genuinely good people who I truly believe want what is best holistically for their patients, whether it relates to their teeth or not.

I picked Rupenthal Dentistry a few years ago when I moved to Carmel because it was so close to my house. But, I had the same dentist my whole childhood, so it was a tough move for me, but they made it a smooth transition and I've never looked back. The staff is excellent and it has a nice neighborhood feel.

Best dentist and staff! Friendly, prompt, and quality work! To begin I’m almost 60 years old. Unfortunately I was born in a family with lousy teeth and I was no exception. I have been to numerous dentists in my life do to moving and I have had a lot of serious work done. Dr Rupenthal has been my favorite. He explains procedures. And finance, helps Me make decisions on my oral care and had improved much of the faulty dental work from the past. The entire team Is up to date on the latest and greatest products and procedures. I would highly recommend anyone to switch to This practice! I have no question, you will be glad you did. We are thankful our family was referred to them. 😁😁😁

We have been with Dr. Rupenthal and staff for nearly 25 years. We are in West Carmel so it's a bit of a drive. We've got tons of great dentists within 5 minutes but no way! We have always found the Doc and his staff to be extremely professional and caring. He is always up on the latest techniques and pays close attention to patient history. I am allergic to certain toothpastes and have several gum and tooth issues due to an old car accident and fibromyalgia...Dr. Rupenthal has always worked with me. I also have a latex allergy...no worries with these professionals. You can't find a more caring group.
