Rachael Plummer

Hello, I'm Rachael and I'm the practice coordinator for Rupenthal Dentistry. I graduated in 2016 with a degree in Dental Assisting and started working for Doctor Rupenthal right out of school. I worked in the back office alongside Doctor Rupenthal for over a year before cross training into scheduling, insurance coordination, financial planning and general dentistry office management. As our practice grew, it was time for me to make the move to the front desk. I continue to keep my certifications and licensing up to date so I can lend a hand in the back office as needed, but I'm happiest behind the front desk assisting our patients in finding the ideal appointment times and verifying we're getting the most out of your insurance benefits!
