Hi, I’m Beth, a dental hygienist at Rupenthal with over 30 years of experience. I have my associate degree in dental hygiene and also hold a health/life coach certification from the Health Coach Institute. I really love getting to know my patients – making connections with them and learning about their overall health and life. I am passionate about helping people make positive changes that improve their quality of life, and I know that good oral hygiene promotes overall health.


When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family – including my spouse Ebe Cotton, my two children Olivia and Luke, and Ebe’s two children Gabe and Gretchen. Together we have six grandchildren that we adore: Natalie, Juliette, Lauren, Kruz, June and Koby. I also enjoy spending my free time golfing, hiking, running, and doing yoga. I like to spend time traveling when I can – some of my travels include a solo trip to Ireland and a ride in a float plane to the backwoods of Canada to go camping and fishing.
